Alta Vista Holiday Lighting LLC is a permanent LED lighting company based in Stamford, Connecticut, specializing in custom outdoor LED lighting installations for residential and commercial properties. We send SMS messages exclusively to customers who have opted in to receive communications, including appointment reminders, installation confirmations, service updates, and promotional offers such as seasonal discounts.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Alta Vista Holiday Lighting LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. We will not send messages outside of 8AM–8PM local time unless specifically requested.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply "STOP" to any message you receive from us. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment reminders, and other content related to permanent LED lighting installation services. We do not send promotional content without specific consent.

We follow all applicable industry guidelines for SMS communications, including CTIA best practices.

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS program or opt in to receive SMS communications.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alta Vista Holiday Lighting LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from delayed, misdelivered, or undelivered SMS messages.

We may modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
